Yoga Retreat for Personal Integration & Transformation

Our intention is to create a retreat for spiritual grouth and transformation.
The Yoga practice will integrate Vinyasa Yoga principles; a combination of breath and movement. Every class adresses a specific aspect of the Yoga practice.The student will learn how to utilize deep control in Pranayama and a steady focus in meditation
The Yoga theory will highlight the importance of Yoga philosophy in our daily lives. It is a framework for various practices including asana, pranayama, concentration and meditation. We will follow the text and the ancient commentaries of Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
The Location is set in the beautiful countryside of province of Gascony in the southwest of France.
