The Gardens of Yoga is showing three Yoga Sutra's video classes by our teachers, A.G.Mohan and his wife Indra, beginning the third week of October. The video classes will continue as part of our teacher training in January, 2011.

Yoga Sutra studies are about living life in practical -peaceful way. First we must hear what the Yoga Sutras are saying and then reflect this back into our memories again and again - till it becomes part of us and stays with us forever.
